Mix kuttu and singhada flour in a mixing bowl. Add grated boiled potato. Mix salt and cumin seeds powder. Knead a soft dough by adding water slowly.

Heat a griddle. Rub cooking oil on it.

Take a portion of dough roll it round.

Put it on griddle and Cook slowly on both sides. Apply ghee and shallow fry.

Serve hot with potato subji and curd.
