Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFresh curd
  2. 3 tablespoonsCrushed jaggery
  3. 1 tablespoonHoney
  4. Apple 1 crushed
  5. Orange peeled and deseeded
  6. Banana 1 cut in slices
  7. 2 tablespoonsPomegranate seeds
  8. 2 tablespoonsMix dry fruits
  9. 1 teaspoonMilk powder
  10. Chocolate sauce for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Hung the curd for 10 minutes in a cotton cloth. Do not over hung becoz cooler needs some watery curd.

  2. 2

    Add jaggery and honey in hung curd, keep aside.

  3. 3

    Dry roast dry fruits in a pan for 50 seconds.

  4. 4

    Crush dry fruits coarsely.

  5. 5

    Take a glass. Spread one layer of crushed apple, then spread 1 tablespoon of curd.

  6. 6

    Now spread 1 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, then spread hung curd again.

  7. 7

    Now add deseeded orange, pour 1 tablespoon of hung curd.

  8. 8

    Now add last layer of banana and again spread hung curd.

  9. 9

    Add milk powder and garnish with chocolate sauce and roasted dry fruits.

  10. 10

    Serve cool.
