Put 4 glass of water and leave it to boil for 5 minutes.

Put maize mill in small bits as you stir thoroughly for 2 minutes.

Leave the mix to boil for 1 minute then Add more maize mill until it is firm cover for 2 minutes.

Ugali is ready to serve with sukuma.
