Coconut Cookies

An easy and simple cookies with the rich taste of coconut. Instead of dessicated coconut i used freshly grated dry coconut (copra). It definitely enhanced the taste of the cookies. As the coconut in the cookies tends to get brown very fast, keep the oven at less temperature ie 150 degree Celsius and keep checking in between.
