  • 1/2 CupPrawns Dried
  • 2 TablespoonsRed chilli powder
  • 1 TeaspoonTurmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • 2shallots
  • 1 Tablespooncoconut oil

Steps

    Wash and clean the dried prawns.

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Throw in the rest of the ingredients. Chilli powder is subjective to your tolerance to heat.

  4. 4

    Fry for 2 minutes till all the masala is combined well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot!
