Personally, I do not make the crust or use a spring form pan. I just use a deep dish sized frozen crust. Its very important you let this cool slowly, otherwise the top will crack. It's just visual though, will still taste just great!radial

This cheesecake is a easy to put together cheesecake. I skipped the water bath but protected the cheesecake some with the foil and baking sheet. To further prevent or close small cracks I cover the cheesecake on the cooling baking pan for an hour. It turns out deliciously rich and creamy! fenway -

Rich Cheesecake Rich Cheesecake
I used to use a blender to make cheesecake. However, when I changed to using a hand mixer, the amount of batter was too much. I wanted to be able to make cheesecake with a hand mixer that had the same flavor. You can use a blender to mix. Put all the ingredients into the blender for 2 minutes. The batter may overflow, so it's better to pour only 70% full. Recipe by jun jun cookpad.japan
