Mix all spices. Heat Oil in a Pan. Add Onions and cook until golden brown. Add Tamatoes, ginger and garlic. Cook 1 minute add spices. Cook 1 minute and add drained chick peas. Add 1 1/2 cup water. Simmer covered until most water is gone (about 10 mts.)

While the chick peas are cooking, boil 2 eggs in water. Boil the eggs hard and run cold water to cool off.

When the chick peas are done, add garam masala and cilantro. Add sliced hard boiled eggs and serve with Paratha or Roti.
