  7. 1 tspgarlic powder (1/8th teaspoon!)

  9. 8 ozSour Cream
  10. Layer 4
  11. 16 ozPicante sauce 1/2 mild, 1/2 medium
  12. Layer 5
  13. 1 canBlack olives, chopped
  14. Layer 6
  15. 3 canRotel, drained
  16. Layer 7
  17. 8 ozMexican cheese, shredded
