Ingredients

  • 2Eggs
  • 1/2 Cuponions Chopped
  • 1/2 Cuptomatoes Chopped
  • 1green chilli Small
  • 1/4 TeaspoonPepper Cayene
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1olive Green (preserved with garlic)
  • 1 TablespoonMilk
  • 1/4 CupButter
  • 1/4 CupPlain flour
  • PinchBaking powder
  • Cilantro Garnishing

    Beat the eggs with onion and chilli. Alongside, keep the frying pan on the stove at low heat.

  2. 2

    Add melted butter and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add the flour and baking powder and mix it till everything blends. Add milk and mix again.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes, pepper and salt to the mixture.

  5. 5

    Grease the hot pan with margarine or olive oil.

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture on the pan.

  7. 7

    Chop the olive into 4-5 thin slices and place it on top of the cooking omelette.

  8. 8

    Garnish with cilantro and cover the pan for a couple of minutes.

  9. 9

    Turnover the omelette to cook the other side for another couple of minutes.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup and some bread.
