Vegetable Pulao
Super easy pulao for Lunch box :P
Steps

Boil about 6 cups of water by adding half of the spices (4 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 cardamon)

Once the water starts boiling add the rice (washed and drained) and cook till the rice is almost 80 % done
- 3
Now remove from heat and drain off the water from the rice by transferring it to a colander.

Now in a pan add the ghee and the rest of the spices and saute for a minute. Now add the green peas and cubed carrots and cook

Now add the Cooked rice and mix well..and there you go!!!! easy and yummy pulao ready!!!!
