Ingredients

  1. 1 Cuppaneer cottage cheese or
  2. 3chilles green
  3. 2onions
  4. 1/2 Teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 2 Teaspoonsoil
  6. 1/4 Teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 2 Sprigscoriander leaves
  8. To Tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Strain water from the paneer, tie in a muslin cloth and hang until all water is removed and crumble it.Heat oil, add cumin seeds and finely chopped onions and green chillies.

    When onions are lightly browned, add turmeric powder, crumbled paneer and salt. Stir well and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with roti.
