Egg Curry
Simple, easy-to-make and dee-lish!
Steps

Pour some oil into a pan. Chop onions into squares and saute till translucent.

Once the onions are cool, add to mixer with cut tomatoes and chillies. Grind fine. Try to avoid using water in this process.

Pour some oil into the frying pan, add jeera and let it pop. Add the puree. Wait for it to cook. Add salt, haldi, red chilli powder and garam masala. Let it simmer. Once cooked, add a little water, stir and let it cook.

Parallely, boil eggs in the cooker for 2 whistles.

Add some oil to a frying pan, and saute the boiled eggs till they are coated and fried well.

Add these eggs into the gravy. Chop some fresh coriander leaves and it's done! Serve with hot rotis or even rice!
