Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupRed or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 1 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 1 largeshallot, finely chopped
  • 3Garlic cloves, minced
  • 3Anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 1/4 cupParsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbspTarragon, chopped
  • 1 tbspThyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously. You can also make everything in food processor, drizzling in oil but this will make a thicker, creamy dressing.

  2. 2

    Let flavors rest for an hour or more. Even better next day.
