Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupRed or white wine vinegar
  2. 1 tbspDijon mustard
  3. 1 tbspHoney
  4. 1 1/4 cupOlive oil
  5. 1 largeshallot, finely chopped
  6. 3Garlic cloves, minced
  7. 3Anchovy fillets, chopped
  8. 1/4 cupParsley, finely chopped
  9. 2 tbspTarragon, chopped
  10. 1 tbspThyme leaves, chopped
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. 1Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously. You can also make everything in food processor, drizzling in oil but this will make a thicker, creamy dressing.

  2. 2

    Let flavors rest for an hour or more. Even better next day.
