You begin by getting the marinade together, then let the chicken marinate for a few hours, I left mine over night. Once you are ready to cook the chicken, place it on a baking tray and let the oven do its job. These kababs are absolutely delicious and if you have kids at home, this will become a favorite!

Ingredients

  • 6Chicken Drumsticks -
  • 1/4 cupYogurt -
  • 1 tbspGinger paste -
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste -
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala -
  • pinchTumeric powder - a
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder -
  • 4 tbspslemon juice -
  • 1 tbspoil -
  • 250 CPreheat the oven to
  • chicken Combine all the ingredients except the to form a smooth paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the skin of the drum sticks, give it a rinse and make a few slits on the flesh

  2. 2

    Toss the chicken with the marinade and mix well so that the chicken drumsticks are evenly coated

  3. 3

    Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge, depending on when you plan to cook it or should I say eat it :)

  4. 4

    Cook the chicken until it is evenly cooked. I let mine brown a bit. This should take 35-40mins

  5. 5

    Serve hot!

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US.
