You begin by getting the marinade together, then let the chicken marinate for a few hours, I left mine over night. Once you are ready to cook the chicken, place it on a baking tray and let the oven do its job. These kababs are absolutely delicious and if you have kids at home, this will become a favorite!

Remove the skin of the drum sticks, give it a rinse and make a few slits on the flesh

Toss the chicken with the marinade and mix well so that the chicken drumsticks are evenly coated

Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge, depending on when you plan to cook it or should I say eat it :)

Cook the chicken until it is evenly cooked. I let mine brown a bit. This should take 35-40mins

Serve hot!
