  • 3 pcspineapple very thin slice
  • 3 tbspssugar
  • 1 nochilly hot red
  • ginger a bit
  • 2 tbspslemon juice
  • mint leaves few
  • 2 tspspomegranate seeds

    Boil sugar with water and chilly

  2. 2

    Strain and keep cool

  3. 3

    Then add lemon juice and grated ginger to this syrup

  4. 4

    Plating

  5. 5

    Arrange pinapple in a plate and pour this mix on top

  6. 6

    Garnish with mint and pomigranate seeds
