  • salt
  • Oil

    Cut the cooked idlis in the shape of wedges

  2. 2

    In a bowl make a thin paste of chili powder & salt and coat the idlis in the this mixture

  3. 3

    Deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown
