I love Natural Ice creams! I wonder how they prepare ice creams with such amazing fresh fruit flavor! I found a simple recipe online for vanilla ice cream. Then I prepared apple halwa similar to carrot halwa and mixed both and made Fresh apple ice cream. It tasted so much like Natural Ice creams. I never thought this would come out so well. It was a mega hit at home!

For vanilla ice cream:In a bowl combine milk and sugar with a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

Add cream into the bowl and mix for few minutes and add vanilla extract and stir for 1 more minute.

Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and place in a freezer for 1 hour.

For apple halwa :Boil milk and add grated apple to the boiling milk and stir. Add sugar to it and stir well for a while until the mixture thickens.

Add milkmaid to it and stir for a minute. Remove from flame and let the mixture cool.

Remove the vanilla ice cream mixture from the freezer and add this apple halwa into it and mix it well until it blends well.

Pour this mixture into an air tight container and place in the freezer for few hours. Fresh apple ice cream is ready!
