  • 10 numberseggs Hard boiled -
  • half cupolives Chopped -
  • 2 tablespoonsMustard sauce -
  • Mayo - as needed to bring everything just together
  • tablespoonSumac or - a so for sprinkling

Steps

  1. 1

    Hard boil eggs. Cut in to halves and remove the yolks.

  2. 2

    Break up the yolks with a fork and mix the rest of the ingredients except sumac.

  3. 3

    Adjust the consistency with enough mayo.

  4. 4

    Either pipe the mix into the egg white or just spoon th mix and sprinkle sumac.
