half cupolives Chopped -
2 tablespoonsMustard sauce -
Mayo - as needed to bring everything just together
tablespoonSumac or - a so for sprinkling

Hard boil eggs. Cut in to halves and remove the yolks.

Break up the yolks with a fork and mix the rest of the ingredients except sumac.
3

Adjust the consistency with enough mayo.
4

Either pipe the mix into the egg white or just spoon th mix and sprinkle sumac.
