Blend all ingredients. Careful not to overwork.

Prepare approx 3oz size patties. Let rest a few minutes prior to cooking.

Preheat a pan on medium low heat, brown both sides - flipping only once. Avoid smashing the patty while cooking! (Times will vary depending on size. I did 4 min each side for 1" thickness and around 3" diameter. )

Serve on a bun or with rice or with whatever you desire. Enjoy!
