Vegetable mixed dosa

Steps

Scrambled the carrot, finely chop the onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, beans

Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds, all the vegetables and ingredients in it and fry it for 3-5 min

Then mix it into the dosa mavu

Later make it into a vegetable dosa.......

Now vegetable mixed dosa is ready..............
