Ingredients

  1. 1 literwhole milk
  2. 2 piecevanilla bean
  3. 1 literheavy cream
  4. 200 gramssugar
  5. 15 gramsgelatin
  6. 60 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    heat half of the milk with the sugar and the vanilla beans cut in half (lengthwise)

  2. 2

    remove the vanilla seeds with a spoon and put them in the milk (the vajilla beans are waste, but you can put them in sugar to perfume it)

  3. 3

    hydrate the gelatin with water and disolve it in bain marie and incorporated to the warm milk

  4. 4

    Mix remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    Pour into individual container and refrigerate until set

  6. 6

    served it cold, accompanied by stewed fruit
