Yummy a simple chicken dish that can be easily prepared by everyone including beginners. Goes well with sambhar rice, rasam rice curd rice. Can also have it as a starter or evening snack.

Yummy a simple chicken dish that can be easily prepared by everyone including beginners. Goes well with sambhar rice, rasam rice curd rice. Can also have it as a starter or evening snack.
Steps

Marinate the chicken with Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt for about 15 mins and pressure cook it with very little amount of water.

Shred the cooked chicken and set it aside. Make sure to leave some meat on the bones too.

Heat oil in a Frying pan.

Once hot add finely chopped onion, Green chilli and add salt. Make sure to retain the crunchiness of the onion. Do not cook too much.

Add Pepper powder, cumin powder, fennel powder and shredded chicken along with its bone and saute for 3 to 5 minutes and turn of the flame.

Transfer to a serving bowl.
