Finely chop the green chilli and add it to the egg, milk and salt and beat with a fork

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a big non stick pan. Keep the heat low.

Add the egg mix and spread into an elliptical shape on one side of the pan. Beat the egg on top using a fork so that the egg becomes creamy on top.

Move the creamy top layer of egg towards the centre as much as possible and place the cheese and ketchup in the centre

Close the arms of the ellipse so that the stuffing is completely enclosed
- 6
Increase the heat to medium and allow cook for a couple of minutes more
