1 tbspsugar with a slide

1.5 tbspspoppy
3 tbspsflour with a little slide

Cottage cheese mash with a fork and sugar, add all other ingredients.

On floured surface form a "sausage", cut it into 6 pieces, attach outlines future cheesecakes, crumble them in flour and fry in vegetable oil.

Serve with your favorite jam, sour cream or condensed milk.
