Cut paneer into small cubes and immerse in plain water for 10 minutes.

In Kadai add cooking oil,fry ginger garli a onion till golden.

Then add tomatoes (cut into pieces)and stir till cooked,Then add curry leaves,turmeric powder,corriander powder and chilly powder and salt.Stir for two minutes.

Microwave paneer for 30 seconds with the water and add two the above masala and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from fire and keep covered.Tasty paneer masala ready and goes with fried rice and chappathi.
