One can serve these tikkis as appetizers with chutneys or simply break them into one of your favourite chaat; Ragda Pattice, Aloo tikki chaat etc.

Peel the boiled potatoes once they've cooled and mash them. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except the oil.

Make equal sized balls of the mixture. Flatten each ball between your palms a little bit so as to form a round tikki shape.

Meanwhile heat the tawa and drizzle some oil. Once the oil is hot, place these prepared tikkis and roast them on medium heat.

Roast the tikkis on both sides and few drops of oil as and when needed.
