Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 mediumplums
  2. 2 largekosher dill pickles sliced into medallions
  3. 1 stalkcelery cut into 3 inch lengths
  4. 1 tspshredded fresh cilantro
  5. 1/4 cupcrunchy peanut butter
  6. 1 tbspsambal oelek
  7. 1 tbspblackberry jam
  8. 1/2 tsptajin spice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the plums into quarters

  2. 2

    Mix peanut butter, jam, cilantro, and sambal oelek very well set into center of dish

  3. 3

    Arange the fruit and veggies in a circle around the peanut butter mixture on a dish

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with tajin enjoy
