It's summertime! What better than a great sorbet to refresh and spoil you? :)
Steps

Peel the plums, cut them into pieces and blend them until pureed. Put them in the fridge.

In a saucepan mix sugar and water and put on lower heat until the sugar has dissolved (few minutes).

Set aside the syrup and let it cool then put it into the fridge.

Once both syrup and plum puree are cold, put them together preferably in a metal bowl and put it into the fridge.

Let a couple of hours pass and from then onward take the mixture out of the fridge every 1/2 hour. Crush all the big cristals that have formed and stir the mixture.

In 6 hours your sorbet will be ready. Put it in the blender before serving for a smoother texture. You can serve it right out of the. blender or let it sit in the fridge for 10-20 minutes afterg blending to carve out spoons.
