Copycat but made it my version

😋 oh so good😉One of my favorite summer pasta salads. I was out of bow tie pasta any pasta will work , use what you have. This does not keep for the next day the bacon gets soggy... I just made this up. I had accidentally put to much ranch in the dressing for normal pasta salad and had dounble the noodles I needed...long crazy addition of whatever goes well with ranch and yummo!

This salad can be served right away, no need to wait for the flavors to develop.This salad will keep for about 3 days if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.I simply used left over chicken breast from dinner the night before, simply seasoned with salt and pepper, but this could be made with left over BBQ chicken or even a rotisserie chicken.This makes a very large bowl of pasta salad, perfect for a pot luck or family gathering. It would be easy to scale the recipe down for smaller meals.

Its a great way to have a light and filling dinner

My hubby has always loved pasta salad, but with having a wheat allergy, buying store bought is out of the question. This recipe is as yummy as it is easy!
