This is a dish developed by me keeping in mind the usage of oil and coconut to a bare minimum level so that it can be had by old and heart patients and those who have high cholesterol levels.

Take one earthen pot (chutty)

Take 2 cups of water in the chutty
- 3
Add sliced tomato, kudampuli, cut banana pieces, allow to cook till done

Grind items 2 to 12 in a mixer to form a fine paste

Add the paste to the items already in the chutney, bring to boil, add enough water for a thick gravy.

When boils, add the fish pieces and cook for 5-8 minutes.

When the gravy thickens, bring it down.

Take a kadai and heat 2 tsp oil, then add the mustard seeds, when it splutters add currleaves and the red chilllies, when the onion slices turns golden brown bring down and add the to the curry in the chutty, add salt as required and transfer to serving dish.
