Ingredients

3-serving
  • 1/2 KiloChicken
  • 1 TablespoonLemon Juice
  • 1 TablespoonGinger Garlic Paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Onions
  • 1Tomato (pureed)
  • 11/2 TeaspoonsChilli powder
  • 2 TeaspoonsCoriander powder
  • 1 TeaspoonTurmetic Powder
  • 1 TeaspoonAll spice Garam Masala /
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 TablespoonsFresh Cream
  • 1 TablespoonOil
  • 1 TeaspoonButter
  • 1/2 Cupwater Hot

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients for 2-3 hours.

  2. 2

    Grill the chicken pieces and keep aside.

  3. 3

    When the oil is hot, grind onion to a paste and saute till it is golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add the tomato pureed. Saute for a minute. Add all the powders. Saute till all its raw flavours disappear. Add hot water and the grilled chicken.

  5. 5

    Leave it to cook for 10 minutes. Add fresh cream and the butter. Take a nice long whiff.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with breads like chappathi, or naan.
