A healthy and tasty breakfast or snack dish, roasted spinach adds a great texture to this dish..

Grind the soaked moong dal with 2 green chillies and garlic to form a thick paste

Mix all the spices with the paste- salt, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder

Now with the help of a small round bowl spread the paste on the hot pan in a round circle

Let it cook for 5-6 minutes and then turn over the other side - do it till all the paste is utilized

In another frying pan add the coconut oil and washed and thinly sliced spinach leaves

Add some salt and dry mango powder and let them fry for about 2-3 minutes

Now fold the roasted spinach leaves inside the prepared chilla and serve hot with pudina chutney!
