Ingredients

6-serving
  • 1 cupOats grinded
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoonbutter
  • 1 tablespoonghee butter or clarified
  • 2 tablespoonspistachios grinded
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    First sift all the dry ingredients - all purpose flour, baking powder and oats and mix the pistachios

  2. 2

    Next cream the butter and sugar till the sugar is completely dissolved

  3. 3

    Now add the egg to butter and sugar mixture and beat it for a minute

  4. 4

    Mix the dry and wet ingredients slowly and then add the ghee or clarified butter

  5. 5

    Next add the milk, test the consistency to see that it should not be too liquid

  6. 6

    Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius

  7. 7

    Now line the baking tray with parchment paper and place the balls of cookie mixture

  8. 8

    Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius till the outside becomes crisp

  9. 9

    Pistachio oats cookies are ready!
