  • 1 Cuppepper green
  • 1 Cupcarrot , shredded
  • 1 Teaspoonbasil
  • 1 Tablespoonoregano
  • 1 Cupchicken broth
  • 1/4 Teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 Teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 Poundkilbassa
  • 1 Tablespoongarlic , chopped
  • 1 Pinchseeds fennnel
  • 3 Cupsbroccoli
  • 2 Cupscauliflower
  • 1 TablespoonWorcestershire
  • 1 Cuppeppers red sweet

  1. 1

    Combine onion garlic in saute pan cook till tender add green pepper cook for 2 minutes..add all other items cover pan simmer on low for 1 hour add 1 cup aditional or roasted cabbege..recipe as follows brown kilbassa and add broccoli

  2. 2

    Roasted cabbage.slice cabbage head 1 inch think in rounds place on baking sheet preset oven to 350 lightly salt add 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp onion powder to each slice.. roast for 15 minutes or till golden brown sprinkle with olive oil

  3. 3

    You can also add chicken pork or beef
