The Best Meatballs & Sauce The Best Meatballs & Sauce
Our family was very large, we had to bulk out a lot of our meals with cheaper meat to feed everyone at an affordable price. Mum would use half beef mince half sausage meat to make meatballs, and they were always so good. When I moved out on my own, money was also tight, i ended up cutting out the beef mince and using only sausage meat, since it was so cheap. Now I have created a delicious recipe for meatballs & Sauce to make a yummy and cheap dinner for my on family. SammyJones -

Meatballs Meatballs
These meatballs are very moist, garlicky, and juicy with a great beef flavor. They can be used any way you would like; in a marinara sauce, in a sub or slider. As an appetizer. Sliced on pizza or a sandwich. There are endless uses for them ! I do not like dense meatballs so I think the use of the croissants and heavy cream help make these soft and moist. fenway -

Magnificent Meatballs Magnificent Meatballs
Making meatballs is far easier than many suspect, and today was a (thankfully) cooler day so I took the opportunity to use my oven (you can also pan fry or even grill, I recommend larger meatballs for grilling). With this recipe I usually make 1 tbs sized meatballs to use for spaghetti and meatballs. I use half right away and freeze the remaining half. StephieCanCook
