Slice baby corn, capsicum and chop cabbage

Mix white flour, corn flour and turmeric. add some water to make a batter. batter consistency should not be very thick.

Take oil in a pan and dip baby corn in the batter. and place it into pan. oil should be enough to shallow fry the baby corn.

Once the baby corn turns golden remove it from pan.

Use remaining oil and add chopped chilli and garlic. Add capsicum and cabbage to it and add little soya sauce. turn off the gas.

Add fried baby corn, pepper and salt. Mix it well.

Serve it with tomato sauce and pepper.
