  • 1 3/4 CupsWhole Wheat
  • 2 CupsBrown Sugar
  • 2 TeaspoonsCinnamon Powder
  • 2 TeaspoonsBaking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoonsalt
  • 4Eggs
  • 3 CupsCarrot , grated
  • 2 TeaspoonsVanilla essence
  • 1 CupOil
  • Water

  1. 1

    Combine salt,baking soda, flour, cinnamon powder and sieve it to remove any lumps.

  2. 2

    In a bowl beet the eggs with brown sugar and oil.

  3. 3

    Add the dry mixture sieved little by little, beating well after each addition

  4. 4

    Stir in carrots and vanilla. Beat the mixture again (not necessary). Add a little water if you feel it is thick.

  5. 5

    Bake in a greased pan for 45 minutes or until done
