Simple Chicken Fry
A simple and delicious chicken frry

Slit the chicken pieces

Marinate the chicken with lemon (you may use curd as well), ginger garlic paste and chilli powder. I wont prefer to add salt while marinating since salt can reduce the juiciness from the chicken. Keep the marinated chicken in the refrigerator.

After half an hour take the chicken from the refrigerator

Beat the egg in a bowl

Mix the egg with the marinated chicken along with black pepper powder and salt, keep this aside

Cut the green chillies into half lengthwise
- 7
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, use a flat pan so that you can add more chicken pieces at a time

Add chicken pieces into the pan along with green chillies

After around 10 minutes, turn the chicken pieces to get a uniform cooking.

After about 10 minutes your chicken fry must be ready, the color must be a reddish brown by now.
