Cooking Instructions

Clean and chop the beef into cubes.Dice carrots.Slice potatoes circular.Slice the onions thin
- 2
Pressure cook the beef and drain the excess water.
- 3
Marinate the beef cubes with 1 tsp of chilli and coriander powder,salt to taste,and little oil.

Deep fry half of the chopped onions till golden brown. Deep fry carrots and potatoes and the marinated beef.

In the remaining oil saute' the rest of the onions and add the rest of chilli and coriander powder and garam masala.Salt to taste.

Add the fried beef to this and add little water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve it with the fried vegetables and onion on top.
