Steps

Thaw the Puff Pastry Squares as required.Leave it at room temperature for about 1 hour or so. Preheat the Oven to 180 Degree C.

To Prepare the Chicken Masala Stuffing: Add the oil to a heated pan and saute the onions to soft adding some salt to it.Add half the curry leaves now. Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilies and saute.

Add the Chicken masala, garam masala, black pepper.Saute for a few minutes.

Now add the boiled shredded chicken and mix till it is coated well in the masala.Add salt to taste

Add the rest of the curry leaves and coriander leaves. Turn off the heat and let it rest till the stuffing has cooled completely.

Take a pastry and put the stuffing in the centre and fold from one corner to the other. You can use a fork to close the sides.Looks pretty appealing:-). Now brush the pastry with the beaten egg or butter and bake in the oven till the top is golden brown.
