Ingredients

  • 3Jaggery (depends) Grated - pieces
  • 4/5Mango Baked (Ripe)-
  • 1/2 cupCoconut Grated -
  • 1/2 teaspoonCardamom Powder -
  • 10Banana Leaves - piece
  • 1 cupRice Roasted Powder -
  • Water Boiled
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Grated coconut, Grated Jaggery(1 piece) and cardamon powder.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan and add Baked Mango and Grated Jaggery. Cook till it turns to thin paste.

  3. 3

    Mix the roasted rice powder with boiled water and salt. Then add the 1 and 2 (both Mango Jaggery Paste and Coconut Jaggery mix) into it. Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Take a banana leaf and place the required dough and press with fingers.

  5. 5

    Close the leaf and press both sides

  6. 6

    Place the Ada in a steamer for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Now its ready. Everyone will love it.

Till now I am not able to digest the fact that I have started a food blog and for sure I am happy to say that I love cooking. My hubby and the one and only cucumber town is my inspiration. My demanding husband :) compelled me to learn cooking. Cucumber town opened the doors for learning. Through this I entered into a new world. Now I am trying to find time for my experiments. Thank you Mr. hubby for making me a competent woman.The recipes which I will be posting is nothing but experiments learned from this. Eagerly waiting to learn and add more.
