  • 1 tablespoonGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute for some time.

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes. Cook well. Add salt and garam masala.

  3. 3

    Add iddlis cut into cubes. Mix well

  4. 4

    Add beated eggs and cook till done.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or anything of your choice
