Perfect and easy recipe to end a tiring week day.

Boil your choice of pasta in a litre of water with little olive oil. Drain and wash under running water and keep aside.

Cut chicken and all the veggies in small cubes.

Heat a pan pour two teaspoons of olive oil and sauté onion, capsicum, tomatos, and mushrooms for five mins and keep aside.

Separately sauté the chicken cubes in little butter and salt.

For sauce - heat butter in a pan and put maida. Keep stirring till maida slightly changes color. Pour milk and stir continuously so no lumps are formed. Add little salt and parmesan cheese powder.

Oil a baking dish with little olive oil and put all the ingredients. Pour the sauce over it and cover with cheese strips or grated cheese.

Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 15mins and serve hot.
