Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cupbeer batter bread mix, i used dassant brand
  • 1 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 1 tbspgarlic salt
  • 1/8 tspground ginger
  • 12 ozmalt beer
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin or melted butter

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Mix garlic salt, ground ginger, sugar and beer batter mix together

  3. 3

    Mix malt beer in for 30 seconds, basically a lumpy bread batter you want

  4. 4

    Grease a 9x5 bread pan

  5. 5

    Pour beer batter in bread pan

  6. 6

    Spread even

  7. 7

    Drizzle olive oil / melted butter on top

  8. 8

    Bake 40 to 60 minutes (elevation, ovens play a time difference)
