Dice brinjal, potato, Onion, Garlic, green chilli, tomato and keep aside

Heat the pressure cooker. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard and let it crackle and then add curry leaves. Add 3 cups of water to the cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients brinjal, potato, onion, green chilli, garlic, tomato, coriander powder, sambar powder and salt

Pressure cook for 4 whistles

When the pressure is released, mash the contents and cook till it reaches the consistency of a gravy

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with idli or dosa
