Combine all the veggies in a bowl with salt leave for 30 minutes.

Squeeze out water from veggies, mix all ingredients except the oil and mix well.

Divide the mixture into 6 to 8 equal portion and apply on sticks give whatever shape you want.

Hot the non stick Pan, Drizzle some oil, put rolls on the pan, turn out rolls after 5 mins

Remove, drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
