Place water salt and the chicken into a large pot to boil (if necessary, skim off the foam) for 1 hour. Remove the meat and strain the stock.

Add the rice into the boiling stock, it should be ready in about 15 minutes.

Beat the egg and lemon sauce and pour it into the stock.
