Boil the potato and grate it

Chop the onions and green chilli

Heat the tawa and Pour oil in it

Once the oil gets hot, add onion and green chilli and saute it

Add the grated potato and mix it well and saute for a while

Add the spices and saute well till the mixture gets dried up and oil separates

Keep it aside

Apply tomato sauce on 3 slices and mint chutney on 3 slices

Place the potato mixture on the slice which has mint chutney

Top it with slice containing tomato chutney

Place it in a grill or sandwich maker and cook until its done.
