Ingredients

  • 250 gmBrinjal
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspRice flour
  • Curry leaves
  • 200 gmOil
  • 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 pinchAnchor
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Brinjal into thin round shape. Add all masalas to Brinjal and mix it properly without adding water.

  2. 2

    Deep fry Brinjal and curry leaves in a oil.

  3. 3

    Transfer into serving plate and decorate with curry leaves.
