It's pretty easy to make and tastes really good!

Heat oil in a pan. Add the curry leaves and let it splutter, now add the ginger garlic paste. Fry for 5-6 minutes.

Add the chopped onions and fry till the onions turn golden. Add the tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft.

Add the salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and the chicken masala. Add the chicken pieces and mix well with the masala. Let the chicken release its juice.

Now add the water for the chicken to boil.
